Lauren Beyer-Bohn was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Littleton, Colorado in 1990. She was home-schooled until her freshmen year of High school. She attended Columbine High School and adjusted right away to public school. On April 20, 1999 everything changed. Lauren was in the Cafeteria when Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold entered the school and opened fire. It was a miracle that Lauren’s life was spared. Since that day, Lauren has traveled the nation giving her testimony on how this experience has changed her life. She has had the opportunity to share her story in Schools, Radio, Churches, and television. After the shooting in Red Lake, MN Lauren and her Family went there to help the community in any way possible. Lauren has made it a personal conviction to share her story in hopes of preventing another shooting from taking place.
Lauren along with her husband Brent and daughter Felicity Joy live in Waupaca, Wisconsin. There they work in youth ministries and in their community.
